PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Christopher Graham founded Corvus in 2022 as the next entity for the Corvus team to provide operation and drilling opportunities for investors. Prior to founding Corvus, Christopher started leading Verado Energy in 2013 as its President and CEO. During his tenure at Verado, Christopher raised private capital, co-discovered, and proved the economic success of horizontal drilling within Hermleigh East Field located in the Permian Basin. The Hermleigh East field currently expands across two counties and contains over 100 horizontal wells drilled since 2016. Prior to joining Verado, Christopher was a Vice President at Netherland Sewell & Associates (NSAI) where he was responsible for reserve and revenue evaluations of numerous private and public companies. Christopher started his career as a Reservoir Engineer at ExxonMobil, responsible for technical evaluations, economic models, and project management activities for field areas in South Texas and the Gulf of Mexico. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.

VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS

Mr. Jack Cordaro is the Vice President of Operations and has been working with the Corvus team for the past 10 years. Jack joined Verado in 1991 and has over 35 years of industry experience in drilling, completion, production and environmental/safety programs. Jack has personally supervised the drilling and completion of over 125 Verado operated wells with a 99% mechanical success rate and 98% production success rate. He began his career as a Drilling Engineer for Exxon and has also held several operational positions at other public and private oil and gas companies prior to joining Verado. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.

VICE PRESIDENT LAND

Mr. Adrian Butler is the Vice President of Land and has been working with the Corvus team for the past 10 years. Adrian has over 15 years of diverse industry experience in Land and Business Development for upstream Oil and Gas projects. He joined Verado in 2010 as a Landman and was integral to the organization’s growth and development prior to assuming the role of Vice President of Land. Prior to Verado, Adrian worked for both XTO Energy in the East Texas and Louisiana division overseeing leasing and drilling projects in the Haynesville Shale gas wells. Adrian started his career journey with Chesapeake in the Fort Worth Basin group as a leasing project analyst during the early/mid Barnett Shale development. Adrian is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and the Dallas Association of Professional Landmen. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, having earned a Bachelor in Management Information Systems and a certificate in Petroleum Land Management.

VICE PRESIDENT GEOLOGY

Mr. Marvin Fergus is the Vice President of Geology and has been working with the Corvus team since 2017. Marvin has over 30 years of experience originating, evaluating, and leasing oil and gas drilling projects with extensive experience in the Midland Basin. Marvin started Fergus Oil & Gas in 2010 and has identified and developed oil and gas projects across Texas and Louisiana. Previously, Marvin was a Geologist and Vice President at the Riley James Development Corporation and an independent geologist. Marvin is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the state of Texas and an active member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG). He has served as an expert consultant on many disputes and as an expert witness in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Hardin Simmons University and a Bachelor of Administration degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Mrs. Amy Kemp is the Controller for Corvus Resources and has been working with the team since 2014. Amy has over 12 years of industry experience in both public accounting and oil and gas accounting. Prior to Corvus Amy joined Verado Energy in 2014 as a Financial Reporting Accountant. Subsequently, she took on the responsibilities of joint interest billing and revenue accounting and was then promoted to Controller. Before joining Verado, Mrs. Kemp worked in public accounting, concentrating on tax preparation and audits for various industries. She received a Bachelor’s and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler.
